- Communicate with Hiring Managers to identify current hiring needs as well as potentially arise in future, carefully pay attention to hiring requirements and deadlines.
- Create a specific recruitment strategy for each position, as well as propose appropriate recruitment funds to quickly meet hiring requests.
- Implement End-To-End Recruitment Full Cycle:
- Draft and confirm the job descriptions.
- Run Job Ads to attract good candidates from both pipelines: internal & external.
- Source for levels: Middle+, Senior and Manager.
- Screen CVs & Test
- Background / Reference checks.
- Select qualified candidates & schedule the interviews.
- Keep applicants informed of the hiring progress.
- Build internal ATS, analyze data related to recruitment to have effective hiring solutions.
- Monitor and ensure the performance of the recruitment team
- Carry out a coaching role in training team members. Proactively support and guide other Junior TA members to expand the Talent Pool.
- Prepare relevant reports: weekly, monthly, yearly to HR Manager and BOD.
🎖 What you should have
- Senior level with strong network in software development industry (>5 years of experience in IT Recruitment)
- Experience in Full-Life Cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Vietnamese & English)
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with teams
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Logical thinking
- Good decision-making skill, negotiation skill, training skill, time management skill and problem-solving skill.
